THE SPORING COMPANY

The Sporing Company is a Canadian wellness brand that pioneers innovative nutraceuticals by blending functional mushrooms with Ayurvedic herbs. The approach of combining cutting-edge mycology with ancient wisdom of Ayurveda unlocks the full potential of both worlds for holistic well-being. They currently offer two products: MycoVeda™ ENERGY and MycoVeda™ SLEEP.

PACKAGING DESIGN

Design the packaging (an outer box and a product label) for The Sporing Company's products MycoVeda™ ENERGY and MycoVeda™ SLEEP. The look needs to translate seamlessly across online and offline touchpoints, effectively educating consumers and fostering a sense of community.

DESIGN CHALLENGE

- Making sure the products stand out in a crowded North American wellness market saturated with established supplement brands.
- Capturing the attention of 300,000 potential consumers, and convincing at least 1% to try a completely new product from an unknown company.
- Developing an entire brand look from a single logo that a colleague designed.

AMAZON CONTENT

- Develop compelling A+ Content and Amazon Listing images for both MycoVeda™ ENERGY and MycoVeda™ SLEEP that showcase their unique blend of functional mushrooms and Ayurvedic herbs.
- Break through the crowded health and wellness space on Amazon and convincing consumers to choose The Sporing Company over established brands.


Brief: Functional mushrooms + Plus ayurvedic herbs = Zero compromise on long term health.

OBJECTIVE

- Increase brand awareness and sales compared to competitors in the health and wellness market by clearly communicating the benefits of these all-natural supplements.
- Ensure clear communication through engaging visuals and informative text that highlight the product ingredients.

DESIGN DECISIONS

- Selected a sophisticated black and gold colour palette, complementing the clean, modern, and premium design direction.
- Focused on content that will educate potential customers about the power of functional mushrooms and Ayurvedic herbs, building trust and establishing The Sporing Company as a leader in natural health supplements.
- Used high quality visuals to convey a sense of quality, transparency, and efficacy, giving consumers the confidence to choose The Sporing Company.
- Used a consistent visual language across all layouts to enhance brand recognition.
